The Town of Victoria Park is offering an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to begin a hands-on career in parks and irrigation maintenance. This full-time, entry-level traineeship is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Irrigation Officer, the successful candidate will assist in maintaining irrigation systems across more than 100 hectares of public open space. This includes active and passive reserves, streetscapes, gardens, and facility surrounds. The trainee will receive on-the-job training and mentorship while undertaking formal study in amenity horticulture or a related field.
